YOM: week 13
This week I focused on my peace. I actively did things that would allow me to relax and not stress. The exercising helped, not over thinking and being in good company. I talked to my family and friends. I didn’t let my boyfriend get on my full nerves and just focused on me.
To reward my hard work, I will be making cookies. Yes, undo all the exercise I’v put in this week but I’m in good spirits. I’m here for peace and I want you all to feel the same.
