Week Of Me Week 11 & 12: Health
For these 2 weeks I have been focusing on my health, last week it was getting my foot treated. It’s been hurting for some months, and I finally did something about it. It’s slowly feeling better but it’s not quite where it needs to be. I’ve noticed the way I walk has been improving.
My hip started acting up which is why for week 12 I have actively been exercising. I have decided to improve my activity each day by working out in the morning. I am not a morning person but if I want to get it done, I must do it. My sisters have motivated me to be more active and since I am getting older, I need to make these changes sooner then later. I’m getting closer to 40. Each morning, I will be doing a 20 min workout to get me going. I do feel more awake after and my body feels alive. Just taking it one day at a time.
I say all of this to bring home the point take care of yourself.
And always, drink your water get your sunshine, be good to yourself. Give yourself the time the space and the grace.
