Year Of Me Week 10: Baking Skills

So, I have been craving cake and frosting for weeks now and my boyfriend’s birthday was this week, Happy Birthday Bae! My sister’s birthday is also this week Happy Birthday Sis! I have also been watch cake decorating videos and when I get like this I want to try something new. Cake decoration is on the list, I should take a class. But I am going to try my hand at decorating his birthday cake. I’m making the frosting from scratch so wish me luck.   

It wasn't bad, I think i added too much salt to the frosting. It was sweet but not overly sweet. Mind you I didn't follow a full recipe so there is room for improvement. Tell me what you think.

Please excuse my dish drying thing. I had just finished making lasagna.
