Year Of Me Week 1

Not so long ago I started the Year Of Me series in the middle of the year but I didn’t keep up with it. Since it is the new year, and we are starting fresh I figured why not try again.

In this first week of January, I painted my nails. Gave myself a pedicure. I didn’t do the whole foot soak but I cleaned them up the best way I could.

It has been so long since I saw polish on my toes. My feet looked weird to me. It might have been the color, but I think it was just seeing the nail polish instead of my natural color. I will link the nail polish I used. It was a birthday gift.

The brand is ILNP, they have a lot of colors to choose from. I’m a glitter girl so if it sparkles, I’m drawn to it. They also have several collections to choose from if picking out complementary colors isn’t your thing. I have the Coven collection which is a fall color theme. I used Moonlit. Haven’t tried to do anything fancy with the magnets, but the color has been holding up for the time being. It has that metallic new year surprise kind of feel. It’s giving gun metal but with glitter. I like it. I do feel girly having my nails painted again.
