So this is what had happened

Hey guys, thanks for being patient. So let me tell you what happened last night. I was eating dinner, trying to catch up on my 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 days. I love these shows, I really don't know why but it's just fun to watch people meet strangers from overseas. Then watch them struggle over typical couple issues with cultural differences.

Anyway, so I'm mid episode and I hear shuffling and thumping like someone is struggling with a large animal. Then I hear yelling, more shuffling, some cursing and heavy thumping like some fell. Now the walls in my apartment are thin and you can hear a pretty good deal if someone's voice is elevated. I mute my TV so I can hear better and sure enough my neighbors are fighting. I'm not completely sure how all of this came about but context clues, body language and hand gestures lead me to believe that my neighbor's daughters don't like his fiance.

Some more cursing and insults. By then I had migrated to my room to look out the window, in my defense I was also waiting for my mother to come to my house so I was concerned for her safety since my neighbors wanted act a fool. From what I got from my non Spanish speaking skills my assumptions were right and the daughters were not here for the Fiance.

Hands were laid on some people, property was thrown on that lawn. Lots of yelling.
Some other things happened, but the police eventually showed up and my mom missed everything. I was so relieved. The thought of having to battle through the mess that was unfolding in front of my house did not thrill me. My mom has enough sense to stay in the car when foolishness is a foot. But I was still worried about her pulling up to all this mess.

This apartment living can be a lot sometimes. What's crazy is that I saw my neighbor earlier that day when I got home and everything seemed good. They had the BBQ going, music was playing everyone wasn't making a whole bunch of noise.  But apparently a lot can happen in a few hours. No one died yesterday which was a win for all parties. 

These are the reasons why you guys didn't get anything from me on Tuesday. So technically it was my neighbor's fault for distracting me yesterday.

Side note: Someone just set off fireworks in my neighborhood and it sounded like gun fire and I almost jumped to the floor. It's only Tuesday, why are they doing so much this week? I don't understand.
